okay... what the hell was up with paula? it's like she was incredibly stoned or something, and simon was taking advantage of that by getting her to say ridiculous things. In the hope she gets fired? we can only...

oh, and correct me if i'm wrong, but carrie's song was about a woman in a precarious driving situation who decides to simply throw her hands in the air and let jesus take the wheel?!? ...and this was #1 for six weeks on the country charts?
now i'm just as afraid of a car sporting jesus fishies and 'god is my co-pilot' bumper stickers with a woman behind the wheel, as i am of terrorists!
does this mean they've won?
